1. Purpose of the service

AstroSansaar — Astrology | Devotion | Spirituality — provides Vedic astrology education on the website and tools plus optional consults in the Android app. Content is for informational, cultural, and spiritual reflection. It is not a prediction engine that can lock a future event.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee, and no astrologer on the platform is authorised to guarantee:

• Marriage, engagement, or “ex back” / reunion
• Wealth, job, visa, exam rank, or business profit
• Cure of illness, pregnancy, or any medical result
• Removal of a dosha by a remedy, gem, or puja

Anyone who claims 100% accuracy or “India’s No. 1 guaranteed result” is not speaking for AstroSansaar. If a consult feels like pressure or fear-selling, end it and write to support.

3. Not professional advice

Do not treat a reading as medical, psychiatric, legal, tax, or investment advice. For those matters, consult a licensed professional. If you are in distress or considering self-harm, contact local emergency services or a suicide-prevention helpline — not an astrology chat.

4. Kundli and Kundli Milan

A Janam Kundli depends on the birth time and place you enter. A wrong time changes houses and Lagna. Guna Milan is a traditional scoring method. A low or high score is not a verdict on a person’s worth and must not replace consent, counselling, or the law. We do not endorse breaking a relationship solely because of a matching number.

5. Horoscope and राशिफल

Daily, weekly, and monthly notes are rashi-level guidance. In everyday India, “आपकी राशि” usually means the Moon sign. A horoscope is not a full natal chart and is not a plan you must follow.

6. Remedies and puja

Mantra, daan, vrat, or puja described on the site or in a consult are optional spiritual practices. They are not a contract with the cosmos and not a substitute for medical treatment or legal process.

7. Astrologers

Astrologers share their vidya and judgement. Styles differ (Vedic, Nadi, Lal Kitab, tarot-informed talk, and others as listed in the app). A difference of opinion between two astrologers is normal. Recordings or chat logs, where kept, are for support and safety — not for republication by you or the astrologer without permission.

8. Third-party links

Links to Google Play or other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites’ content or policies.

9. This website

Pages may be updated. We try to keep Hindi and English explanations clear, but typos or outdated festival dates can occur. The app is the live product for tools and consults.
