1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of astrosansaar.in and the AstroSansaar Android app. By browsing the site, creating an account, or starting a paid or promotional consult, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Our services

AstroSansaar offers Astrology | Devotion | Spirituality tools and content:

• Website — educational pages on Kundli, Milan, राशिफल, love, career, remedies, and the journal. No web chat, web call, or website payments for consults.
• Android app — Janam Kundli, Kundli matching, horoscope features, chat or call with astrologers, live sessions when they run, wallet, and offers shown in-app (including First Chat Free and plans from ₹5/min, when available).

Features, rates, and offers can change. What you see in the app at the time of use is controlling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You confirm that information you submit (including birth data) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Your account

• Keep your phone and OTP confidential. Activity on your logged-in device is treated as yours.
• One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse free chat, coupons, or referrals.
• We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms.
• You may request account closure by writing to [email protected].

5. Consultations

Chat, call, and live sessions are guidance and perspective. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Astrologers do not guarantee marriage, reunion, job, wealth, or health outcomes. You decide how to act on any suggestion.

Minutes start as shown in the app after you confirm the rate. Network drops, mute, or leaving the chat may still consume time already used. Be respectful. Harassment, sexual abuse, threats, or illegal requests can end the session and close the account without refund of used minutes.

6. Wallet and charges

Paid services are purchased in the app (Google Play / in-app purchase or the payment method then offered). The website does not collect consultation fees. Wallet balance is a prepaid credit for AstroSansaar services, not a bank deposit. Promotional credit and First Chat Free have no cash value. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass astrologers or staff, or ask them to break the law
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content, charts, or astrologer listings
• Reverse engineer the app except as Indian law allows
• Upload malware, spam, or false identity documents
• Use the service for emergency medical, suicide, or crisis situations — contact local emergency services

8. Intellectual property

The AstroSansaar name, logo, slogan, website copy, app design, and software belong to the operator unless marked otherwise. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and site. Kundli reports you generate remain for your personal use; you do not receive ownership of our calculation engines or templates.

9. Astrologers

Astrologers on the platform are independent practitioners. AstroSansaar provides the technology, listing, and payment rail. We screen profiles in good faith but do not warrant that every interpretation is accurate. Ratings reflect user opinions, not a certified professional licence.

10. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, Play Store outages, or force majeure may pause features. Live sessions exist only when an astrologer is actually live — we do not show fake “online now” status on the website.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, AstroSansaar and its operator are not liable for decisions you take after a reading, for delays in a consult, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a paid session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, fraud).

You agree to indemnify AstroSansaar against claims arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful content you send, or birth data you enter about another person without a proper basis.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you.
